Returns & Replacements

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

To be eligible:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Perishable and refrigerated items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases or for items not stored properly after delivery.
